We haven’t revisited this chart since 2019, but with Mark’s 7-0 start, he has joined some elite company. Only 11 teams in league history have had a winning streak of at least 7 games, but where does Mork’s 2021 start rank among the stars? Let’s find out…
I took every streak of at least 5 games, dating back to 2001. The 2001-2014 scoring is weighted to best match up with 2015-Present scoring, and rather than just using the average margin of victory, since that would handicap the early seasons due to how scoring has changed, the Dominance Score is determined by a combination of adjusted point totals, ease of schedule, total percentage of points scored, and length of the streak.
Formula; (Adjusted Average Points-For Rank+Adjusted Average Points-Against Rank+% of Scoring Rank) / 3 + Length of Streak.
The highest score possible (of these 47 entrees) would be 57.00

With a score of 47.33 Josh’s 2012 streak is the most dominant we’ve seen. As for his rankings, he was 2nd in Points For, 5th in Points Against, and 10th in Scoring Percentage. He averaged an adjusted 3191 a game and won by an average margin of 968 points. Wow.
Kaiser’s recent streak, the only 2021 entry to this point, ranks a respectable 15th of 47 qualifiers.
Other Observations…
- 2014, 2015, and 2020 all have 4 entrees, tied for the most.
- Tan has the most streaks of anyone (6), followed by Kaiser (5) and then Dave, Trigger, Matt and Kronner (4 each).
- Timbo is the only current member of the league (and an original one at that) to not appear here.
- 2013 & 2018 are the only seasons not represented here.
