Heading into Week 12, this is what the Manager Levels looked like;
Dave was coming off a victory over Jones that won him 43 points in the standings, coupled with a -27 week for Chris to make up the SILVER level in the league. Additionally, Kronner lost to Steve for the 2nd time this year, slipping out of the PLATINUM Club and into GOLD Status with Kyle. Also in Week 11, 4 of the 5 BRONZE teams won, bring Mark, Matt and Tim to the cusp of SILVER.
So how did it shake out?
Kronner ping-ponged back into the PLATINUM Club with a Win over fellow GOLD manager Kyle. This leaves Kyle as the lone Golden Boy, and the SILVER Gang added Matt to their ranks. A week after 80% of the BRONZE managers won, 75% of the remaining teams lost.
So what’s gonna happen in Week 13?
- With a win over Tan this week, Mark should jump out of the basement into SILVER status.
- Tim beating Matt Alley COULD pull him out of BRONZE, but it would need to be convincing.
- And while a TIMMO! win COULD advance McLeod, but it would also surely drop Matt back to BRONZE.
- While Kyle’s loss to Kronner only cost him a point, if he loses to Trigger this week, it’ll likely cost him GOLD.
- With a loss to Jones, Kronner could possibly drop back to GOLD again, but it’s unlikely based on Jon’s position.
- No one is reaching Diamond status in the regular season, obviously.
- With a win and some help, Tim could conceivably jump from 10th to as high as 7th.
- A Dutchmen win paired with a TIMMO loss, could pull Trigger out of 11th.
- John, with a loss to Dave, could drop out of the PLATINUM Club.
