Figuring out the winner of the draft is time-consuming. We must not only figure out which team was the best constructed on that night from a perspective of points scored, but also draft value and position rank. If we went off points alone, whoever wanted to draft 4 QBs would likely be the winner by default. So let’s look at some numbers.
Best Draft of 2019 – Part 1
In the second post, we’ll move onto the defensive position groups.
This is where we stand with just the offense so far…

So what does the combined DEF drafting look like?
Kaiser with a league-best -168! Haha, we suck. But that’s why we’re not done…
| Manager | DEF Draft Capital | Combined Final Player Ranks | Position Points |
| Kaiser | 136 | 304 | -168 |
| Tim | 186 | 357 | -171 |

Hey, what about the KICKERS?

- Greg Zuerlein – The Quasars (K13)
- Justin Tucker – BE A MAN HOGAN (K5)
- Harrison Butker – QAnon (K1)
- Ka’imi Fairbairn – Nacho Team (K24)
- Jason Myers – C Tan vs the World (K18)
- Stephen Gostkowski – Sc4_Skippers (K36)
- Wil Lutz – SECOND DECK (K2)
- Robbie Gould – Flying Dutchmen (K20)
- Mason Crosby – QAnon (K15)
- Brett Maher – Murphy Inn-ies (K25)
- Matt Prater – TIM! (K9)
- Jake Elliott – The Tim Brady’s (K22)
I opted not to draft a kicker, while Kaiser for some reason took two of them. Which didn’t help. Had he just taken Butker, he’d have tied Tim for 2nd best K pick. But Mason Crosby really dragged the average down there.
| Manager | K Draft Capital | Combined Final Player Ranks | Position Points |
| Kronner | N/A | N/A | N/A |
| Matt | 7 | 2 | 5 |
| Tim | 11 | 9 | 2 |
| John | 2 | 5 | -3 |
| Kaiser | 12 | 16 | -4 |
| Kyle | 12 | 22 | -10 |
| Trigger | 8 | 20 | -12 |
| Steve | 1 | 13 | -12 |
| Chris | 5 | 18 | -13 |
| Jason | 10 | 25 | -15 |
| Dave | 4 | 24 | -20 |
| Jones | 6 | 36 | -30 |
SO – What’s it all look like together? You’ll have to wait for Part III to find out.
I’ll crown the winner soon, so stay tuned.
Also, since Tim is “too busy” to look at this site, and he doesn’t understand why I’m wasting my time doing this, here’s something he’ll never see;
